IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HERETO, WHICH TERMS AND CONDITIONS FORM PART OF THIS AGREEMENT (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”). BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT with CST Electrical Maintenance Ltd, YOU WILL BE bound by AND ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED to be bound by THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY AND AS SHALL BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME. WE MAY CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE; MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU AND YOUR CONTINUED AGREEMENT WITH CST Electrical Maintenance Ltd SHALL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND CONTINUED AND CONTINUING ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS MAY BE CHANGED; MODIFIED OR AMENDED AT ANY TIME.


Chargeable Work Booking Online Appointments T&C:

Please ensure the information you submit online is correct. Should the address, appliance, or fault details be incorrect we reserve the right to charge you for the technician’s call-out and/or not to carry out a repair.

Please note that all technician dates and times are subject to availability, we may contact you and offer an alternative date or time should the need arise. By using this facility and arranging a technician call-out you have agreed to be present at the selected time and date. If you are not available for any reason please contact us by email asap or use the provided links to reschedule or cancel.
Please note that in an event of a cancellation we require a 12 hours minimum notice before work commences in order to refund you in full.
All bookings made online will have to be paid upfront by card using our secure card payments systems
The price we quote includes the technician’s call-out and associated labour charges.
Replacement spare parts are charged as extra and will be quoted prior to the repair being carried out.
Please note you will still be charged in the event of no faults being found, parts being unavailable, or if the engineer determines that the appliance is unrepairable.
The same labour fee applies no matter how long the repair takes.

The work carried out and spare parts will be covered by a 12 months warranty starting from the date of the repair.
Warranty for Labour means that 1 Free callback, the return call-out will be charged as a normal labour charge.
Warranty for parts means that you’ll get a full refund for the newly replaced parts found to be faulty.

There will be NO refunds for the call-out/Labour charge without a minimum of 12 Hours’ Notice before work commences or after the call-out takes place.
All refunds for parts will be paid by Electronic Bank Transfer or Card Payment System.

Please Note That Any DIY Or Getting Another Company Without Notification  After Our Visit Will Void Any Remaining Warranty!

In Order To provide you with our services, we collect and process various categories of personal information throughout your relationship with us. These include:
Customer information such as your name, address, contact details, booking location, Email address, and Pictures of the services provided.
Correspondence through emails, text, webchat, and social media that you have exchanged with us about our services.

We obtain personal information when you explicitly provide it to us, or information that we gather from your use of our website, your use of our services, and the technology you use to access our booking services (for example your booking location, Internet Protocol (IP) address, or telephone number).

The sub-processors of CST EM LTD, are our third-party service providers that collect data in order to help CST EM LTD in providing you with its products/services.
The providers are:
-Google Inc., in particular for hosting services and business applications.
-Sage Ireland for the invoicing software
-AIB Bank Ireland for Card payments Only
-Hosting Ireland LTD for email communication and productivity systems
-Facebook Ireland Limited for bookings made by social media Only
-WhatsApp Inc for the purpose of sending, and receiving pictures of the services Only

Your personal data will be held for 6 years from the date of the invoice as per VAT Rules requested by the Revenue Office.

We will also consider the nature and sensitivity of the data, the volume or size of the data collected as well as our legal obligations, in determining the appropriate retention period for the relevant data set. We anonymize and or delete data that is no longer required.

CST EM LTD is committed to protecting the information it collects through this website.
In particular, CST EM LTD uses appropriate physical, technical, and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss of or destruction of or damage to your personal data.
